But according to my research the game lag a lot in higher resolutions but may be in lower resolutions the game will be a little playable.

I suggest you if you have intel hd 4600 are lower graphic card then you please
do not try to download it, if you played the game fast. Because the game lag a lot. But if you do not play in very fast then maybe you will be able to play in lower resolutions
