I have Played Personally Assassin's Creed Unity on Intel hd 4600 graphic card. The gameplay was very bad. You can hardly get 8 FPS, and the gameplay was nearly impossible even in the low graphic setting and in low resolution.

The Resolution Provided by Assassin's Creed Unity for Laptops are

1.    1366 * 768

2.    1024 * 768

3.    8000 * 600

The game lag on every resolution even the graphic quality was full low.

As I have mentioned earlier that Assassin's Creed Unity GamePlay on Intel hd 4600 is not very encouraging so do not try to download the game if you have intel hd 4600 or any other graphic card below it.
