I have Played Personly Far Cry 4 on Intel hd 4600.
Far Cry 4 GamePlay on Intel hd 4600 on lower resolution is very smooth. But in heigher resolution the game log at some point, especially while driving.

So the game is playable at lower resolution with good FPS.
If you have intel hd 4400 then may be gameplay also possiable at lower resolutions.
