The FPS barely crosss 15. The game lot so much that it become imposible to play game.
The FPS remain between 3 to 15 in any Resolution.

But if you have intel hd 630 or greater graphic card then you must play Ghost Recon Wildland, as game is very cool. The gameplay, fighting, graphics, missions, stroy, sidesmission, open world, character customization every thing is amazing.
